If I can get the buyer to come to an open house or call me and they do not have an agency relationship, there is a highly possibility that you as the seller will only have to pay my side of the commission as your listing agent. Reemember the days of 6% commissions. Its totally different. If my commission was 2.5% with you, you will be saving thousands of dollars. But keep in mind that there is a possibility a different agent will bring a buyer and you need to think of that adjustment if needed.
